Attorney Bio.

Jia is a registered patent attorney who helps her clients secure and enforce their intellectual property rights, resolve legal disputes, and make informed business decisions. Prior to her law career, Jia was a research scientist in the fields of physical chemistry and biology. During her time as a Ph.D. candidate, she also taught biology laboratory courses at a large research university. Now, as a member of the Res Nova Law team, Jia who uses a methodical and analytic approach to create effective intellectual property and business solutions for her clients.

Outside of law and science, Jia enjoys drawing, painting, reading science fiction novels, and exploring the Pacific Northwest with her pup.
